RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Position Summary:
Excellent career opportunity with Local Government Agency, Valley Water District. We are seeking a full-time, permanent Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. This position is the first point of contact working to promote and maintain a positive relationship between the District and its customers by handling questions and concerns, assisting with payments, taking phone calls using a multi-line phone system, and various other office-related operations of the District that require experience with office equipment and computers (including knowledge of Microsoft programs).Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED, or any combination of experience and education, which provides the skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
· Experience with office work and computers sufficient to perform the job.
· Intermediate level experience with Miscrosoft Office applications.

Full-time, Permanent Position – 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
7:00am-3:30pm
$25-$27/hr Starting, DOE
