POSITION SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF RESONSIBILITY

 

 RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

 

Part-time, Permanent Position – 25 hours per week

 

Monday – Friday

11:30am-4:30pm

$18-$20/hr DOE

Includes vacation, sick leave, and retirement

Position open until filled

 

Valley Water District is seeking a part-time, permanent Customer Service Technician.  This position is the first point of contact and works to promote and maintain positive public relations between the District and its customers by handling questions and concerns, assisting with payments, taking phone calls using a multi-line phone system, and various other duties which require proficiency with office equipment and computers (including knowledge of MS programs).
